Hear ye, hear ye!
Great news, everyone!
Earlier this year, my good buddy Tobias Enevoldsen (Æ Fyrtaarn) finished a short film called Tranquilizer, a filmed which he was gracious enough to let me star in.
Well, this lovely little film of ours has been accepted to play at the H. P. Lovccraft Film Festival! It has already been shown at NecronomiCon in Providence, RI., earlier in the summer, and this weekend it is time for it to hit the H. P. Lovccraft Film Festival & CthulhuCon in Portland, Oregon! For those not attending in the flesh, as it were, Tranquilizer is also set to be shown for those buying a remote viewing ticket.
You can get more details on the festival at their site RIGHT HERE.
Guest of honour is none other than Aaron Moorhead (Spring, The Endless, etc.), but more importantly, Tobias Enevoldsen and I will also attend the festival, and give some more or less educated words about our film!
This is a great honour, and I can’t begin to describe how excited I am for this. If you are going, do come by and say hello, and check out our film! I’m told we are to be found in short block three.
Tranquilizer is cemented in the weird fiction and cosmic horror genre, a perfect fit for the H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival, and we are so stoked to be going.
If you haven’t seen it already, or just want to refresh your memory, I’ll leave you now with the trailer for Tranquilizer:
